Ragnhild is a researcher with The University of Liverpool Management School exploring wellbeing in the arts industry. Adverse wellbeing is considered more pronounced in the arts industry than many other industries with high numbers of anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Ragnhild’s PhD is an in-depth study of artists’ own work experience with the view to unearth the more implicit barriers to, and enablers of, wellbeing. Ragnhild is also involved in research projects working to further employee wellbeing through a better understanding of work-life-balance and flexible working for a larger variety of roles, including frontline workers.
